Hi! My name is Tyler Smith. I’m a Personal Trainer ♥ Nutritionist ♥ Health Coach.

I have been lucky enough to spend majority of my adult life immersing myself in all things health-related. I’ve been able to get certifications in fitness, nutrition, eating psychology & stretching. I’ve spent most of my career helping a wide age-range of men and women get healthier.

Personally, the two reasons I struggled with my own health in my life were: 1) not knowing a lot about health and 2) not holding myself accountable. It’s why I’m so passionate about filling that role for my clients. I’m here to teach you what I’ve learned about true health & most importantly, to help keep you accountable to yourself!

My Education/Credentials:

♥ Fitness

I am a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. This is a highly recognized certification in the fitness industry. It’s a tough program that takes months to complete & you must re-certify every two years by taking continuing education classes.

♥ Food

I am a certified holistic health coach through the world’s largest nutrition school, Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This is an intensive program that teaches all of the most popular modalities in nutrition and how to identify what works best for your own body.

♥ Psychology

I am also certified in Eating Psychology through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. This is the program I am most excited about because there is more to fitness than just exercise and diet. Our minds and emotions affect our hormones & the way our bodies absorb nutrients.

♥ Friend

Most importantly, I believe life is about balance. If you aren’t enjoying what you’re doing and how you are living your life, what’s the point of it all? I love my career and as obsessed as I am with working out and nutrition, I am equally obsessed with an eclectic music collection. Craft beer. Time at the beach in any weather. And good friends.
